To claim an item, comment "Sold" + the item number (ex: Sold 123)
Our Live Assistant will announce who's comment was first to come through on our end. Facebook will always show YOU your own comment first. We have to go by which comment comes to us first. That's where the live assistant comes in handy!
If you change your mind comment "Pass" + the item number
The Live Assistant will automatically give that item to the next person in line.
Pay in-Store OR if you would like items shipped, we will invoice you by Venmo
After the "Shop Live" event is over, Facebook message Kids Rack and let us know how you would like to receive you items. If shipped, fill out the form below.
Must pickup in-store items within 5 days
If you would like in-store pickup, items must be picked up within 5 days of the "Shop Live" event. Payment is due at time of pickup. If you fail to pickup your items, you will get a nonpayment strike and will not be able to "Shop Live" with Kids Rack.
Shipping invoices are due within 24 hours
If you would like shipping, your invoices are due within 24 hours. If you fail to make payment, you will receive a nonpayment strike and will not be able to "Shop Live" with Kids Rack.
We offer shipping for "Shop Lives!"
Shipping is about $5 for the first item, and $1 per item after that. This price may vary depending on the weight of the items. If you would like to keep your invoice open for the week, let us know. This will save you shipping costs.
Curb-side pickup available
Just call 763-323-3518 when you arrive, and we will run your items to your car.
Our exchange policy is 7 days
7 days from the "Shop Live" event, not the date you picked up.
